It is simple you just need build temples with monks. There is 3 levels :
Normal - Increase Speed - Rapidly. if you want to reach quickly the territories... there is a cost... faster = more expansive.

So, don't forget if you want to raise up your own fame... you need contribute the guild temple (donate)
